Excellent kiberpankovye arcade flying game with the first person.

The action takes place in the city of 2050, where a mysterious sect Alterantive produces terrible drug, is being duped by human brains, and under their control – even a considerable part of the population. You as a police officer controlling military hovercraft, it is necessary to stop them.

The game is made in a pseudo-term, graphically may seem like modern players are weird (though to such a graph it is possible to get used). More unfortunately, nothing to say – it's just an arcade "flying low over the ground" without any claim on anything.
