Fire & Forget II description

The sequel to the game Fire and Forget, a little similar to the first part, but no less interesting.

The story has become more meaningful instead of abstract saving the world we save his hometown from road gangs of terrorists. The terrorists, led by a horrible creature, half man, half polymarine (we will show it), I want to destroy our city, why send him a convoy of trucks filled with explosives. We, as in the first part, manage cool military vehicle with the gun with the third person, our task – to prevent the columns of trucks to get to the city.

In total the game has five levels. They are all similar in content but different in form. Technically it's the same everywhere: we're chasing the trucks and shoot them, after the destruction of the "brain" of the truck, the level is passed. In fact, the levels differ primarily in the complexity of passing – we should not think that the terrorists did not foresee the protection of their convoys. But now we have one very serious innovation, which greatly reduces the chances of our enemies. If you remember, in the first part of the enemies were helicopters carrying us a lot of trouble. Well, here we have the opportunity to transform their car into an airplane, and therefore special air units do not pose a threat.

The game was created in a period of "radical change" in the schedule of computer games. Only two years separates it from the first part, but the difference in appearance is huge. If the chart of the first part is still possible to submit certain claims (the fact is that from the perspective of modern players), second – no. Especially pleasing to the portrayal of our cars and enemy trucks.

The result is a beautiful ancient race with shooting, a good sequel to a good game, though not having the "spirit" of its predecessor, perhaps a little less dynamic, but more playable.
