I loved the game, combining strategy and "life simulator".
The plot - the near future is the exploration of the moon, where we will participate. Initially we have only the territory with the lunar minerals and some money to start the development of the colony, but if you manage wisely, you can quickly create a thriving oasis on the bleak white expanse.
The game is very detailed - in addition to resource extraction, trade and support from the earthly powers, will have to build a lot of buildings, to monitor the level of oxygen, amount of water and temperature on the colony, and for a lot more... And the ultimate goal, as I understand it, is to achieve full independence of this little state.
Graphic design is 1990, and waiting for miracles is not necessary, but it's not so bad: the monotonous landscape of Navy and white - so is it on the moon another?.. And detailing of buildings for those times very good.
Theoretically, the game could be considered the ancestor of all the urban simulation and the degree of detail (not graphics, but gameplay) to give odds to many of them.
Fans of the genre - highly recommended.
