Put Up description
Put Up is Blekinge platformer with elements of puzzle where the player will have to manage the kind of white man, more resembling a mushroom. No preamble, no plot, even no menu, only the spacebar to start and highscore table after a loss. Nothing superfluous, only the gameplay.
No scrolling in the game, each level is a single screen with obstacles and enemies. Opponents there are three types, and none of them are impossible to describe with any analogy – they are the fruit of imagination of developers. Interestingly, to destroy enemies, but to jump up on them, and often have to use in order to penetrate into otherwise inaccessible places. In addition to the enemies, the level of scattered fruits to be collected in the name of bonus points, as well as small red beads, which need to be inserted into the platform with special holes. It is necessary to pass the level: by placing the bead (in the future will need to look for a few pieces) into a special unit, the white man needs to go to the open exit portal. In addition, you must stay within the allotted time, after which all the enemies on the level will turn into fruit, but will appear rapidly and persistently pursuing the hero, fiery spirit, which is fatal. By the way, the time spent is very little, max – min. But too short the game is changing, as dozens of levels to compensate for this moment.
Graphic design made at a decent level and opponents, and a hero, and scenery are drawn and animated well, although this is partly due to their monotony. But the sound design leaves a bad feeling – it is very much scanty. And music doesn't exist, only the motive of the hit by Joe Dassin on the start screen.
