Dos
2.3 /5

Pango is a Action game released by Coreland in 1983. It is an interesting DOS game and a must play for all old videogame lovers.

Pango description

Absolute brilliant classics of the arcade genre, which is a port from Sega gaming machines of the early 80-ies. To play for penguin, fighting evil bees, but it is the battle of green vs yellow ball.

The playing field is a black square surrounded by a green frame with red blocks in (some of which are inside the yellow diamonds). This maze is inhabited by the yellow balls are your enemies, who constantly move it (and periodically added out of nowhere). Your task is not to collide with them, kicking (your green ball has legs) blocks, trying to get at enemies. That is, you need to ensure that at some point in time between you and the enemy were one unit, and then push the block into it. The distance does not matter – unit can kick through the maze, if the road is clear.

The way you can also clear the bumps, moving blocks and thereby changing the structure of the maze (and you can even catch enemies in improvised traps). If you hit the unit on the wall, it will disappear. When hit the enemy unit, instantly killing him, but he never disappears; the enemy instantly kills our hero in a collision with him). Another feature of the game are referred to green walls – if the enemy touches them, you will receive a shock and for some time helpless, with the result that our hero can just eat them (unfortunately, such a trap may please himself). The blocks with the diamonds inside need to increase your score – if you put them together in a sequence two, three or four blocks, the number of our points under the triumphal music increases.

The main difficulty of the game is the fact that it's divided into rounds, time-limited one (!) minute (the legacy gaming machines), and during that time we must have time to destroy all the bees that appear on screen, so easy game in any case do not wait. The port came to be extremely good, and the graphics it seems, simply can not become obsolete, but at her just not paying attention, so the game draws. To sum up pointless, because as has already been said, Classic with a capital letter, play a game which is simply obliged every true once it started working.
