The choice of different types of games (single match, season), a few real teams (all their names are names of real cities, but not teams of these cities), same with fictional players of those years, three difficulty levels, three different stadium, a different number of periods of a match (five to nine) and even five types of filing and batting the ball, for which a separate button is pressed to commit the action (the filing is particularly interesting – you can jump, "dive", and so on). You can operate only the player who received the ball, the rest of the management is carried out by the computer.
One of the most interesting moments of the game is just enormous number of different characteristics in players – more than thirty, and all of them can be edited. Yet, this task is ungrateful, as time-consuming, and understand, what is it feature is really important, it is difficult (for example, despite the difference in the high-speed qualities, running on the field all about the same speed). In other words, the game is a strange alloy: the gameplay is almost arcade, but it resembles almost a strategic game.
Terms of graphics it looks pretty good: perspective review changes (usually in the isometric orientation, but at the time of submitting/receiving the ball – from a third party with gorgeous close-up), the players and the field is drawn beautifully and clearly, but the spectator stands we will not see; however, we expect a large number of different animated inserts (newspaper and TV reports about the matches, the awarding ceremony of the trophies and so on). Verdict – as has been said, a good baseball simulation, although, as with all games of this subgenre, for a fairly narrow audience.
