The all-consuming darkness of the Universe... somewhere in the distance blink and shimmer in the bright light of myriads of stars, many of which have become part of history. Somewhere far away in an attempt to establish dominance on a piece of one of billions of galaxies strike each other the warring fleets of space ships. Somewhere in the distance a absolute occur generated by constructive and destructive processes, a witness which is only eternity. But it's out there somewhere, thousands of light years away. But here and now there are only they. The two of them. The reason they had a feud long ago drowned in the bottomless well of black space. Is acceptable for them only one outcome – the death of the enemy.
Their chances are absolutely equal. Everyone has energy that dwells in two forms: passive and active. Passive energy is used to maintain a protective force field, and active required to perform any actions: navigate through the expanses of space, spatial jumps, visual masking and firing. In the fighting Arsenal of each of the ships has a high-speed energy beam – phasers and slow, but very powerful photon torpedoes.
By default, the number of active energy three times more stock passive, but each of the pilots are free to change their relationship at their own discretion. The key to success lies in keeping the balance between the two forms of a structureless substance. What is better: to take on the role of a deadly predator, risking to fail after the first exact hit of the opponent, or bet to protect, threatened to become a helpless victim? In rare moments of inactivity of the active energy of the spacecraft is slowly recovering - those precious seconds are the most dangerous for the pilot. Victory will be rewarded with someone who will be faster, calculating and cold-blooded. Their desperate confrontation sinking in the depths of the events taking place in the vast space, but for them the whole world, all the substance being concentrated here, on the ring the edge of the cold Universe.
