The famous developer Soft Action created Eardis: Revolution Force in the year 1994. It’s a perfect Action game and can be played online by clicking here.

Eardis: Revolution Force description

Korean "SMAP" top-down without, apparently, full story, if only not to consider another invasion of aliens; in General, of course, history is present here, but the text - in contrast to the "official" text in the game is in Korean, not in English.

About the game itself, unfortunately, can not say so much: it is truly difficult and the most that neither is "hardcore" and classic flying game, albeit with some hint of three-dimensionality: control a ship, flying on a surreal background, (action then takes place, apparently, over the surface of planets), kill (or rather, trying) all sorts of curious flying enemies that represent different types of ships; there are bosses, as well as bonuses that you can collect.

What is the game challenging? First, most enemies can destroy the ship with one shot, even regardless of whether we have energy shield; our arms even for the enemies is objectively weak. Secondly, though the revival of ship after the destruction occurs at the same point where there was death, some time, somehow, you can't take bonuses. A particular challenge are the fights with the boss ships, which first have to hit specific areas of plating to catch them off guard and make you vulnerable.

The game is very high - quality graphics- if not in terms of display landscapes, at least in relation to the drawing of ships and various effects of explosions and gunfire, as well as parallax scrolling, but the complexity will surely be too high even for experienced players. Perhaps the imbalance was the cause of this little-known game; however, the "fathers" of the sub-genre of shoot-em' up will certainly be interesting to take another call from the Korean developers.
