A very interesting DOS game was released by New Generation Software in the year 1996. The game was called Clif Danger. You can now play it online.
Hand drawn platformer – beautiful, but quite ordinary.
Our hero is a young (in appearance, at least) a space traveler who receives a signal from the Queen of the Amazons from some planet, who needs his help against the aliens glox's – ugly green monsters.
Gameplay – run, jump, shoot, collect weapons and bonuses, liberate the captive of the Amazons (they are chained to poles, so will need to shoot the chains on top of them), at the end of levels bosses are waiting for us. The game is quite difficult, long and very similar to that published two years earlier Rallo Gump. Graphics are hand drawn and beautiful, and understandably so 1996, after all. Overall – the game is quite fun, but nothing more.
